Tamales de Mole (Mole Sauce Tamales)

Tamale is a traditional Mesoamerican dish made of masa (a starchy dough, usually corn-based), which is steamed or boiled in a leaf wrapper. Tamales are filled with meat, chilies or any preparation according to taste.

Tamale es un plato Mesoamericano tradicional hecho de Masa (una pasta de almidón, por lo general de maíz-based), que se cuece al vapor o hierve en una envoltura de hoja. Tamales se rellenan con carne, chiles o cualquier preparación de acuerdo con el gusto.
